One of the great strengths of the Manhattan Bagel® brand is the existing franchisee field support structure that began at its inception and has been honed and polished ever since. At Manhattan Bagel, our senior management positions are filled with industry veterans who bring a strong operations background to the business.
We've got experienced leadership in all our supporting departments. In addition, our program extends to day-to-day operations in each individual store, from topical training to supplying the right manuals for thorough field support. While we strive to uphold our stated brand standards, we also work with franchisees on a consultative basis through our Franchise Consultant network to continually improve and move the brand forward.
We also have an in-house culinary department that ranks with the best in the industry. Our culinary researchers and seasoned chefs are in a constant quest for the next, "next thing". As a result, our franchisees get to showcase that cutting edge culinary prowess in their markets.
